I get “Broken theme and/or stylesheets missing” error message when I try to upload or activate the theme. What do I do wrong?

This error message does not mean that the theme you have purchased is broken, it simply means it has been uploaded incorrectly. Luckily, there is a very easy fix. Please follow the steps below to rectify this issue:

• If you install our theme using the WordPress admin panel :
• 1. Make sure you downloaded “ All files & documentation ” from ThemeForest;
  2. Unpack the downloaded theme package and navigate to the Theme folder. Inside you will find the FTP install folder andthemename_theme_installable.zip file.themename_theme_installable.zip is an installable archive to be used for installing the theme via the WordPress admin panel;
• If you install our theme via FTP :
• 1. Make sure you downloaded “ All files & documentation ” from ThemeForest;
  2. Unpack the downloaded theme package and navigate to the Theme → FTP install folder. Inside you will find a folder with a theme that should be uploaded via FTP to your server.
