We recommend you to provide your site URL and temporary WordPress accesses when submitting a technical support ticket. This speed up the problem debugging.We do not store your login credentials, so please provide them again if you open a new ticket. Make sure you create a temporary logins for support requests that you can delete after you need no more help from us.
