How to update the theme to the latest version using Envato Market plugin?
There is a great free plugin released by Envato for ThemeForest buyers: https://envato.com/market-plugin/ Once the plugin is installed and linked to your ThemeForest account, it will regularly check premium theme updates and propose to update our theme when new updates are available.
All the content gets stored in your database, not in the files on the server, so you lose nothing updating the theme. We always recommend creating a backup before updating the theme.
On some servers - due to security settings - the Envato Market plugin may not work properly. In this case, you need to update the theme manually. Check the link from the bottom of this article.
