How do I change or add a Menu drop down background image?

Go to
WP Admin > Appearance > Headers/Footers and select the header you are using. In the case you are using the demo content, open in Live Composer the "Header - default design".

Mouse over the menu module until the module settings panel is displayed. Click on the cog icon.

Click on the "Style" tab / Submenu block and upload a background image. Use the background position options according to your needs.

Important
Please note that In the Menu Pro plugin, you cannot have a different drop-down background image in the same menu. For instance, if you have three dropdowns, all of them will have the same background image. If need to have the different drop-down background images, you need to split your menu into three (keeping in mind the above example) on WP Admin > Appearance > Menus and display the menus using three "Menu Pro" modules. Use the module "Columns" feature in order to match the same header space.
